1. Open your POS terminal and select “Alternative Payments” > "epay vouchers".
2. Enter the amount. The POS generates a QR code and displays it on the screen. On older-generation terminals, the QR code is printed.
3. Present the QR code to the customer.
4. The customer opens the epay vouchers app on their smartphone and scans the QR code. The smartphone displays all payment details.
5. The customer approves the payment via the app.
6. The POS displays the corresponding confirmation message.
7. The customer’s account is charged and the related receipt is issued.
    

If the QR code cannot be displayed on the POS screen, it will be automatically printed by the POS so that the customer can scan it with their smartphone.
